Home staging
When selling or renting a property, it is not your taste that is important, but the ideas of the interested parties. It's hard to hit everyone's aesthetic sensibilities. Using the principles of home staging, we will make your home a product that appeals to the widest possible range of potential applicants.
WHAT IS HOME STAGING?
- the art of preparing a property for sale or lease
- the art of showing the potential of a property
- know how to make the most of the minimum
Home staging is the art of preparing a property for sale or rent on the real estate market. It is the art and know-how of making the most of the minimum, of highlighting the property's assets and showing its potential.
Home staging is the preparation of a house or apartment for photographs to be taken for real estate agents and for viewing by potential buyers. A professional home stager makes a number of thoughtful changes to the interior and sometimes the exterior that are aimed at enhancing the appeal of the property. He or she modifies the property for potential buyers, not for the current owner. After home staging, your existing home becomes a property that can be successfully marketed as an attractive product. It is proven that tastefully furnished properties rent or sell faster than vacant properties.
WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF HOME STAGING?
The goal of home staging is to make a property appear as attractive as possible to the greatest number of potential buyers or tenants, and to sell or find tenants in the shortest possible time and at the highest possible price. Home staging aims to create emotions.
EXAMPLES OF OUR HOME STAGING IMPLEMENTATIONS
WHAT WILL HOME STAGING BRING YOU?
- objective assessment of your property
- significant visibility of your property on the market
- selling at a better price, faster renting
WHAT'S NOT HOMESTAGING?
Home staging is not interior design. Interior design, furnishings and accessories that the owner likes and has an emotional connection to will give the space a personal character and style, while home staging emphasizes "de-personalizing" it for the better imagination of others.
Home staging does not include the condition of the property, even if it touches it (e.g. removing minor technical deficiencies). However, if the house leaks, needs new windows or roof, or access to a balcony or patio is at one's own risk, it will need more than home staging. These deficiencies should be reviewed with the client by their real estate agent.
